I went to the national night out. I was a very nice peaceful time. A lot of great giveaways. It was my first time there. It's also a beautiful park to visit.

Nice park with feild and pond/lake. One big drawback as of my visit. Canadian goose overpopulation, thusly and over abundance of goose manure. You can't walk without stepping in it. You can't ride bike without running it over. Suspect the lake will quickly fill up with manure be less effective as a lake, recreation and flood control. Need goose population control and lake dredging.

Tennis courts are very nice. The adjacent handball court wall is partially collapsed. People waiting for a court and those who just want to practice use this court. This is the only public handball court in a 20 mile radius. Some new cinder blocks, paint and cleaning of court surface is all it needs. This is a great asset to the park. Our taxes should cover this. Please fix it!
